The Property
This renovated plantation style home is extremely roomy and very comfortable with full amenities; from private attached baths decorated with Italian marble, to a well-equipped kitchen. There is a large veranda at the back of the property with mountain views and BBQ area. The front veranda is also very pleasant with sunset views in the evenings.
The Lanai Plantation Home is surrounded with mature gardens which are landscaped with an assortment of flowering plants and tropical fruits. Passionfruit, avocado, mango, banana, lemon, coconut, calamansi and papaya grow year round and are incorporated into breakfast when ripe and available.

During this period, fresh muffins are made daily and offered with beverages of choice. Guest can help themselves in the morning. Fruit is offered as well, when available on the property.

The Lanai Plantation Home is surrounded by tropical gardens heavily laden with exotic fruits and foliage. The secluded grounds are accessible for guests’ enjoyment. Many flowering plants and trees surround the home and enhance guests’ Hawaiian experience.
We Want You to Enjoy Your Stay
HOUSE RULES
- Please remove shoes before entering house. Please do not drag luggage across the soft wood floors.
- For your safety and awareness, please familiarize yourself with the fire evacuation plan, as well as the location of the 2 fire extinguishers in the house. There is , one in the kitchen, and one on the wall besides the back door.
- No smoking in house, outside, downwind is fine.
- Please do not pick fruit or vegetables on property, or cut flowers without asking.
- Quite hours 9pm-6am. Please be respectful of other guests as well as our neighbors.*
- Amplified sound that travels beyond the property boundaries is prohibited at all times.*
- Please park vehicles in designated parking areas. No washing of vehicles on property.
- Only registered Guests and friends of guests are allowed on premises. No parties or unauthorized gatherings are allowed.*
- Common areas are for all guests. Please be clean and considerate of your fellow guests.
- When using Bar-B-Q area, do not leave unattended, and please be aware of the direction of wind!
- When using washer/dryer, please do not place overly soiled or sandy items in machines.
- When using kitchen, always tidy up after oneself.
- Please conserve energy by turning off lights when you are out of the house.
- Please help recycle by placing your bottles and cans in designated area.
- Please report any breakages, and do not remove common items from house without permission.
- The Water shut off location is clearly posted on your door.
